Why we use it
We use this information to process orders, provide downloads, send order emails, answer questions, maintain account access, prevent misuse and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.
Payments and service providers
When payments are enabled, Razorpay processes payment details under its privacy policy. We receive payment status and transaction references; we do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver communications.
Cookies
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for login, shopping-cart contents and checkout sessions. Blocking these cookies may prevent parts of the store from working.
Your spreadsheet data
The downloadable AR Ageing Toolkit reads the input CSV on your computer. Using the workbook does not upload your sales or customer data to this website. If you send files for support, remove sensitive information that is not needed to explain the issue.
Retention and requests
We keep order, support and account information for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. You may email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained where required by law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Reviews and security
