No refunds for digital downloads
Manv Automations sells digital products. All completed purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations after purchase, including for change of mind or failure to check the stated software requirements.
Check compatibility before purchase
The AR Ageing Toolkit requires Microsoft Excel desktop for Windows with Power Query. Excel software is not included. Please read the product description and contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether it meets your needs.
Download or file problems
If your download is missing or the supplied file does not work as described, email manvautomations@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and help restore access or correct the supplied file. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive customer data.
Payment errors and statutory rights
Please report duplicate charges or unsuccessful payments that debited your account so we can investigate with the payment provider. This policy does not exclude remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where a refund is required by applicable law.
Digital delivery
No physical goods are shipped. Once online sales are enabled, download access is provided on the order confirmation page and by order email after successful payment confirmation. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us with the order number.
